Qualcomm Seeks Dismissal of FTC Suit

Qualcomm, whose chips can be found in virtually every smartphone, asked a federal judge to dismiss a lawsuit by the FTC that accused it of engaging in anticompetitive behavior to maintain dominance over the market.
