Half a Million 'Hoverboards' Recalled Due to Fire Hazard

The Consumer Product Safety Commission issued a recall Wednesday for 501,000 self-balancing scooters, commonly known as hoverboards, because their lithium-ion battery packs can overheat, catch fire and explode.
