Time Warner Cable Fails to Deliver Promised Internet Speeds, Early Probe Results Show

In a letter to Time Warner Cable’s new owner Charter, the New York Attorney General’s office said preliminary results of an investigation showed Time Warner Cable’s ‘apparent failure’ to deliver New York customers the Internet speeds it advertises.
